MKS Accounting & Tax Advisory is an FTA Approved Tax Agent providing accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, audit and assurance support, ICV certification advisory, and business setup services to businesses operating in the UAE.

Any accounting, tax, audit, ICV or advisory services provided by MKS are governed by the specific engagement letter or service agreement signed between you and MKS, which shall take precedence over these Terms in respect of that engagement. These Terms apply to your use of the Website itself.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
